As we go into our Winter months, we want to thank the community and our staff for a wonderful summer. You are integral in your role here at NCHD and we look forward to working with you through the winter. We are excited to continue our project of moving our CT in house to ensure our patients are well taken care of during the winter months. Our facility will be making upcoming changes to lab and the processes within lab to ensure we provide streamlined services and quicker turnaround on lab results. We are wrapping up our first year in the 5 Star facility journey and we are excited with our results for staff and our patients. The facility is also working on completing the implementation of our new HCAPS survey vendor so please be on the lookout for new ways to provide feedback to our NCHD team. We are implementing new and updated surveys for Rawhide Rural Health Clinic, Emergency Room, SwingBed, Inpatient and the Extended Care Facility. Please be on the lookout for new surveys and continued improvement in our customer service as we continue our 5 star journey.
